SET DRESSING WIP





So set dressing for gold level is due this thursday and this is what I have so far, I plan on putting more wires and chainlink fences around, I havent gotten near the end of my map. I got to hurry up! more updates coming up!

I was thinking of different types of dust for my level such as dust from the road coming up as you drive and maybe if you drift.
Another type of particle I want to make is dust that floats in the level.

Zbrush Character Sculpt




This is an update of my character that I'm sculpting in Zbrush. Zbrush has been a pretty fun, I enjoy the tools that I used. Sculpting folds are not as easy as it looks, and I would say I'm far from finishing my character. After I'm done with his sleeves, I'm going to move on to his portrait and do some finishing touch ups. Update will be coming your way!

Barrels and Crates update





So for programming class, we have to design a crate and 2 barrels, a harmful, dangerous looking barrel and a not so dangerous just chilling kind of barrel. I chose red gas tank as everyone knows, red is dangerous (usually) For the crates, I was going for a more 80s wooden crate with metal rims to try to give a feel of desert and cave stuff.

Level Design Work in progress!





So I'm building a cave/cavern/desert racetrack and this is currently my work in progress using UDK. Currently I am painting terrain, I spent half a day sculpting the top of the cave. I used 5 different textures to paint the rocks of the cave and the dirt track. I'l post more stuff when I get to the art director level. Thanks for looking!
